Do Work, Son

And on the 7th day, he rested.

Sunday's are supposed to be a day of rest. Instead, mine consist of catching up from the school week's homework: ACCT 317 is raping me, I'm so behind in FREN 215 due to a last-minute (on the last day to pay tuition =/) switch into it, I've missed a couple SOCI 201 lectures, and during PSYC 369 I'm usually catching up on my daily blog intake instead of listening. There's lots of work to be done on Sundays; no time for rest. And once you're caught up, you have to try and stay ahead for the next week to follow and before you know it, whether you're ready or not, it's Monday and the ball just keeps rolling (downhill).

A Woman's Work Is Never Done

Additionally, I have a couple of errands to run today:

  • Wash my car - because the other day in the Arts Parkade, I saw this next to Chuck and I got sad:

_____(my poor baby, he must have felt so embarassed);

  • Stop by the post office - to send RSA's broken Unearthen necklace back to Brooklyn, NY to be fixed;
  • Visit T&CO - get a replacement ball chain because mine broke at work;
  • Stop by Superstore - to have my very first roll of film from my Fisheye camera developped! I hope they turned out (I'll post them if they do).
Nothing too enticing, sorry. Miss you babe!

Naturally Man-Made

Spotted on the city streets of Vancouver. (Robson St. x Granville St.)

It reminded me of Paul Graves' Balloon Sculpture Series. The following one is my favorite... kind of feels a litle Kanye, no?
