This is definitely one of those non-calendar events that help me judge that the Holidays are nearing... kind of like the arrival of Christmas cups at Starbucks only sexier. This year's annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs on Tuesday, December 1st at 10/9C on CBS.
One of my favorite photographers of all time. Of course I love all of the commercial work that he does for Vogue, Vanity Fair, etc., but what I really appreciate is his more personal archive of off-screen moments, that he often snatches spontaneously before, during and after the more official sittings. The result is a portrait not just of a generation of the most wanted and talked-about, but an invitation to be let in to the magnetic stars of the 21st century in a way that nobody else has access to like he does.
